Interview Questions for our Administrator Annika

What I think about saying ? Not particularly. I tend to bully and isolate anyone who doesn't agree with me. I like to be feared rather than be respected, it lasts longer.

Next question is: If I were to ask your friends or your family to describe you, what would they say? Who is Annika ?

Well thats a good question Who is Annika? My friends and family will say; She was born a diplomat, a very good listener, honest, what you tell her will stay. She is very intelligent, have a giving heart and will go the extra mile for her family and friends, she is soft, friendly but a little shy in the beginning but with a heart of gold. A very loyal friend. Very artistic & a musical talent as well and is a very good chief (You never walk away hungry from her table). She is good in sports. She respects everyone.

To your first question Naki: I rather be respected than feared because in my opinion that will last longer. I respect everyone to have their own opinion even if they are wrong, If I know I am right I know I will come out on the top in the end but if I am wrong I acctually can admit that too. I am not afraid to get into an argument about things and no one will make me fear them.

Can you tell us your best memory?

Oh Arla there are meny good memories, such as the first time I came to Kosova & Albanian, some private things and many other things. But if I have to pick a good memory that has made a deep impression to me is something that happend a very long time ago when I worked as a volunteer in a home for orphan children. There was a little young girl just about the age of 6 with spina bifida she was always so happy all the time even though she couldn't walk, she always cheered everyone else up. She is one of many reasons that I work with what I do today. She touched my heart and I still think of her a lot even though she passed away many years ago. She always had a smile for everyone.

Erisa I learned to speak Albanian by using dictionarys and to practise writting in Albanian in this forum. I know I make lots of mistake but I learn from them too and with all of your help here in the forum as well.

I rather have few friends worht the name friend who will be there for me when I need them then having 100 of friends not worth the name friend.

To be a personality and to have a personality is two different things in my opinion. To be a personality you act like someone/ something you are not. To have have a personality is something you have within you for an example Mother Teresa she was having a personality within her of goodness and to serv others through out her whole life.

*One wish that has come through for me is what I do today in my work to serve others.
*One wish that has not come through for me is my highest wish I have wanted all my life, unfortually it will never ever come through.

A friend in this forum did something in Durrës which impressed a lot on me. But what impressed me a lot was something we did for the children with the schoolbooks and pens.

In general around the globe I don't think that women fail to unfold due to the authority of the opposite sex, but in some society yes I do believe women fail to unfold due to the autority of the opposit sex.
